Pelao Carvallo is a Chilean writer and organizer based in Asunción, Paraguay. He is responsible for the communication strategy of the organization Articulación por Curuguaty. He has edited several publications, including Periférica and written for El Ciudadano, El Libertario, E´a, Ape and many others.
