Greenpeace activists paint G8 FAILED on the side of the coal carrying ship GALLIA GRAECA, from South Africa. In the culmination of a week of climate protests focussing on the G8, Greenpeace activists write “G8: FAILED” on a ship carrying coal in Civitavecchia, Italy, near Rome. Greenpeace has occupied five Italian coal plants this week, calling on the G8 to take the lead on climate.
