Julia Taleb is an M&E and Research Manager working on stabilization programs in northern Syrian. She is experienced in strategic planning for program intervention and implementation in conflict zones, with over eight years of international experience working for governments, NGOs, and the private sector covering aspects of program development, research, social cohesion, governance, and institutional recovery and reform. Fluent in Arabic and English, her writings are published by think tanks and media organizations in both Canada and the United States.
