Zia Kandler

Zia Kandler is an independent consultant and co-founder of Mazorca Facilitation, supporting grassroots organizations and movements across the Americas with strategy, facilitation, and holistic security processes grounded in community care. She spent four years as an accompanier of human rights defenders in Guatemala, Honduras, and Colombia with NISGUA, PBI, and SweFOR and then was the Security Coordinator for PBI Colombia for three years.
