In the run up to the UN Millennium Development Goals Review Summit in New York, millions of people across the world mobilise and ‘Make a noise for the MDGs’. The campaign, called Stand Up and Take Action is organised internationally by the Global Call to Action against Poverty (of which Make Poverty History was the UK platform in 2005) and the UN Millennium Campaign.
