Kit Miller is director emeritus of the M. K. Gandhi Institute for Nonviolence, after having served as executive director 2009–2021. Prior to the Institute, she worked as director/celebrator of Bay Area Nonviolent Communication in Oakland, California. Currently, Kit serves as a facilitator and educator for a variety of organizations, mainly in education, healthcare, and NGOs. Much of that time is dedicated to conflict work within teams.
