“It’s not about standing still and becoming safe. If anybody wants to keep creating they have to be about change.”
— Miles Davis
This week, we explore a quote from Miles Davis in support of the creatives who help the rest of us to adapt. Change is the only constant, so creating change of one’s own is actually an act of oneness with the world around us.
For the situations we may want to change, it’s worth remembering that things happen when we risk going into the unknown. Somewhere between the comfort zone and the alarm zone, there is a space of growth and potential. In order to create a better world, we will likely feel fear, but need to keep going anyway.
