Jean-Marie Ntahimpera is a Burundian writer, blogger and human rights defender. He graduated in political science at Southern Federal University in Rostov-na-Donu, Russia. He has taught at Ecole Normale Supérieure du Burundi and Université Lumière de Bujumbura. His areas of focus include human rights, democracy and development in Africa.
