Roska is a human rights, and democracy professional with extensive research experience on Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) and Macedonia. Her professional hobby is photography, and she has documented extensively the social movements and other civic initiatives against constitutional discrimination, and transitional justice. She is a founding President of the Institute for Research and Social Innovation - Impact, and a founding member of several youth organizations.
