Steve Silverman

Steve Silverman is the co-founder and co-director of Democracy Rising Collaborative. He is the former communications advisor to the American Bar Association’s bi-partisan Task Force for American Democracy, and is a member of the New York Bar. Steve has played a lead role in educating, organizing and mobilizing lawyers, judges and civic leaders in support of the rule of law, free and fair elections and judicial independence and safety through collective action. He was a primary architect of the Justice in Motion bus tour and was a participant in the Carter Center Warsaw Study trip focused on combatting democratic backsliding.
