Yungong Theo Jong is a development scholar and researcher with an interest in conflict and development; civil resistance strategies and the international political economy of development. He has extensive knowledge of the history of the Cameroons. Yungong is a graduate of the University of Buea in Cameroon; the Regional Center for Training in Aerospace Surveys at the Obafemi Awolowo University in Nigeria; and the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University in South Africa.
