Ruth Ann Angus is a journalist and photographer in Morro Bay, who has been associated with the MBNEP for its 29-year life as a member of the Outreach/Educational Committee and plans to have the dust of her body spread among the pickleweed and waters of the estuary upon her demise. She was the last president of Friends of the Estuary.
