Michael Randle is the former chair of War Resisters International and has been involved in the peace movement as an activist and researcher since the 1950s. From 1980 to 2006 he taught at the Department of Peace Studies at Bradford University in England. He collaborated with April Carter and Howard Clark in compiling People Power and Protest Since 1945: A Bibliography of Nonviolent Action.
